What will we see in the 8th Generation of video games

This is the question I and many others ask themselves. When are we seeing the 8th Generation consoles. And is the technology here. They are coming soon based on statistics. Usually we see a new generation every 8 years or so. Our 7th Generation officially started with the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP. As the years advanced more Higher Definition consoles came out such as the Xbox 360 and the PS3. And we wondered, what could we do to make these devices a thing of the past. My guess, Augmented reality. We are already seeing it. Take the Kinect into consideration, and they even this little Ag (augmented reality) soccer game on my iPod Touch. The newly released 3DS uses Augmented Reality and it works very well. The 8th Generation consoles will most likely revolve around this. Very soon we will be seeing glasses/helmets on peoples head playing an augmented reality version of Call of Duty. Tell me in the comments what think about this prediction.
