Sprint has now started shipping its first Windows Phone 7 device. The HTC 7 Arrive will be available for $200.00 after rebate when bought with a two year contract. The long awaited windows 7 phone looks like a well put together device. It will sport a full KWERTY keyboard, which has a dedicated number row. Most Sprint customers were beginning to question if the windows 7 phone would ever "Arrive".
